When you are ready to book a ribbon cutting event, please reach out to Executive Director, Kira Lafond at info@sugargrovechamber.org
We will look at our calendar of events and work together to book a day and time that will make the most of your special event.
The Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce will:
- Invite our Board of Directors and members to your event
- Send an invitation to all local elected officials
- Promote the event on our website, E Mail Newsletters and social media
- Bring the ribbon and giant scissors
- Take lots of pictures that we will share on social media after your event
- Bring a plaque commemorating your special day
- We will have a short agenda of speakers that will include a Chamber official and other dignitaries.
Your business is responsible for:
- Getting all information to the Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce at least two weeks prior to the event
- Inviting your customers and leadership to the event
- Providing food and beverages for the attendees
- Decorate for a party
- Having your senior leader available to do a short (2-3 minute) welcome to the attendees
- Basking in all the attention
