November 4, 2021 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
The Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a collaboration for an after-hours event at the Sugar Grove Public Library on Thursday, November 4th at 5:30 p.m. This event is open to Chamber membership, local business members interested in the Chamber, and interested local residents that would like to network and learn more. Illinois State Senator Karina Villa, 25th District, will be present to speak a few words, and visit with local business owners to listen to their feedback and needs.
Visitors will enjoy adult beverages and appetizers, see the latest sketches for the upcoming construction project to create the NOWspace, a flexible mixed used meeting and programming space with audio and video studio studios. This project is designed by Cordogan and Clark, funded from a Live and Learn Construction grant through the Illinois State Library.
Tours will be given to highlight the Janice Katherine Rich Technology Learning Center and Teen Zone as it is reopened to the public featuring the new and updated technology available to patrons. The new technology is funded from a recent generous donation made to the Sugar Grove Foundation from Rich Harvest Farms.
