Monthly Membership Meetings
The Second Thursday of the Month we hold our Chamber Membership Meeting @ noon at the Sugar Grove Public Library, 125 S. Municipal Drive, Sugar Grove. After a brief Chamber Business Session and "Around the Table" introductions we have a guest Speaker.
The meeting also includes a Lunch Sponsor (for details call Shari at the Chamber office.) This is a 5 minute commercial by you, about your business.

Meal Fee : $10.00 with RSVP by Noon Tuesday prior
$15.00 at the door and for invoiced no shows

New Member Orientation
New members are invited to attend a New Member Orientation Meeting, at which they will receive information about the benefits of their Chamber membership, as well as how to take advantage of those benefits.
The first New Member Orientation for 2010 will be held on Thursday, February 11, at the Sugar Grove Library, 125 S.Municipal Drive at 11:00 a.m.
New members attending the meeting will receive a ticket to attend the membership luncheon immediately following the session. Additional New Member Orientations are scheduled to be held May 13, September 9, and November 11.
Annual Golf Outing
Mark your calendar! The Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce & Industry 2010 Golf Outing at Bliss Creek Golf Course will be held on Friday, June 25.
Held each summer, the Annual Golf Outing has proven itself to be a successful fundraiser for the Chamber Scholarship Program. A volunteer committee begins planning in January for this event. Contact Jamie White if you are interested in joining the committee.
Scholarship
There are three scholarships to be awarded, by committee selection, among application by individuals residing in the Sugar Grove community. The Scholarships are presented to the recipients, and their families, at the Golf Outing Dinner. Applications are available online, at the Chamber office, and at the Sugar Grove Library.
Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce & Industry will be held December 2010
The Agenda for this Annual Meeting will have 2010 reports on the Operations of the Chamber, activities of the Board, and reports of the committees of the Board. Each 2010 Sugar Grove Chamber member shall have returned their ballot on, or by, this date and the 2011 Officers will be seated as a part of this Annual Meeting.
Election of new Officers is through an application process. Applications are accepted in September by the Chamber Nominating Committee. Interested individuals need to have served for two years on a Chamber committee of in a leadership role. More information is available in October.
